  • Geneva

    Originally from Australia, Geneva discovered yoga as a teenager way to manage teenage traumas of self-esteem, body confidence, and relationships. Yoga provided an escape from reality by connecting body, mind, and soul. Ultimately beginning a lifelong journey of discovery.

    Geneva teaches classes across London students built around the needs of her students, examining areas of movement, breathwork, meditation, energetic pathways, and insights from Indian and Chinese ancient healing.

    Geneva conducted her 200-hour Vinyasa and Hatha yoga teacher training in Sydney in 2014 led by Holly Coles and Vicky Smart.

    Since moving to the UK she has continued her training gaining a Yin Yoga accreditation with Melanie Cooper and Jennie Wadsten.

    She has now expanded her knowledge and become an Ayurvedic Practitioner and Health Coach. Her focus is on wellness programs that integrate both Ayurvedic and Yogic philosophies tailored to individual needs, offering a more holistic approach to health and wellbeing.

  • Julia

    With over 20 years’ experience as an acupuncturist and a mental health nurse, Julia has developed a deep understanding of emotional health and pharmacology. She has completed studies on Traditional Chinese Medicine, NHS mental health at the post-graduate level and learned through her private practice, delivering an integrated approach mixed with both Eastern and Western medicine.


    Julia developed an interest in women’s health and nutrition early in her career as an acupuncturist and has been supporting women through the difficulties of fertility and gynaecological issues. She also offers support and guidance to patients with emotional difficulties following the Traditional Chinese Medicine method Yang Sheng, or self-care.

    She has carried out research on acupuncture for mental health, practised at a hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Guangzhou, China, is a member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC) and is registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council, and continues to teach Integrative Practice to acupuncture students in Europe.
